Contacts

Clinton County Released Inmates is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, free anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the agency that holds the record.

Where to Ask

The correct contact depends on who held the person and which document is needed. Clinton County's published pages conflict on the correctional facility's physical or administrative location and weekday hours. Call before visiting, ask which address serves the request, and confirm that the office is open.

Clinton County Correctional Facility

P.O. Box 419
McElhattan, PA 17748

Phone: 570-769-7680
Email: warden@clintoncountypa.gov
Official facility page

The county also publishes 58 Pine Mountain Road in McElhattan and displays 2 Piper Way in Lock Haven in some contact material. Posted hours are inconsistent, including 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. opening times and a shorter Wednesday. Call first for the current visit location and schedule.

Clinton County Courts and Judicial Records

Clinton County Courthouse
230 East Water Street
Lock Haven, PA 17745

Phone: 570-893-4016
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Judicial records information

Use the court route for docketed bail, sentencing, parole, or other judicial orders. The Clerk of Courts provides filed documents that do not appear in full on a public docket sheet.

PADOC Right-to-Know requests

For official or certified inmate records, PADOC also identifies Central Records at RA-centechrecords@pa.gov. The state inmate and supervised-individual locator is the faster first check for a public state record.

Parole and Release Notifications

The Pennsylvania Parole Board contact page accepts process and Board Decision questions. Email RA-PMPBPPWEBCONTACT@pa.gov. Field supervision after state release is handled by PADOC, not the Board.

PA SAVIN through VINELink offers custody and release notifications with 24-hour operator support at 866-972-7284. The Pennsylvania Office of Victim Advocate can be reached at 800-563-6399.

Use these routes to narrow the request:

  • For a released person or a booking-and-release record, begin with the home page search and records path, then contact CCCF for its record.
  • For supervision after release, consult Probation & Parole and the agency named in the record.
  • For someone who may have left CCCF recently, the Jail Releases: 24 Hours page explains the official fallback because Clinton County publishes no recent-release feed.
  • For a release date or notification, use Projected Release or the VINELink Inmate Search.
  • For local facilities, use the two facility pages in the footer and confirm whether CCCF or a court or police agency created the record.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, search PADOC. For a federal prisoner, use the BOP Inmate Locator. For current immigration detention, use ICE ODLS.
