Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, place, or other detail into a search box supplied by a third party, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Clinton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's rules govern its receipt and handling of the query.
Emails and Other Messages
If you send an email or use a contact feature, we retain the message and the contact details needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
